The Therapeutic Process
What to expect when we work together
When you first reach out seeking therapy services, we will schedule a short complimentary video meeting to see if it feels like a good fit to work together. From there we will schedule a session and you will need to complete an intake with basic demographic, insurance and logistical information before that first session takes place.
In that first session, we will explore what your goals are, what progress looks like to you and how you want to schedule followup appointments. In the therapy sessions you are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable for you.
My goal is to create a space where you have a better understanding and compassion for yourself and I don't need to know the details to walk alongside you.
